Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 sachets Beck’s Broth Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
  • 3 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

This cozy granola recipe is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and nourishing! Made with Beck’s Broth Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, it’s packed with protein and rich flavour; think golden, crunchy clusters with just the right hint of caramel warmth.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, BB sachets + salt in a large bowl. Warm nut butter, maple syrup + coconut oil in a saucepan until smooth, then stir into the dry mix. Spread onto the baking sheet and press down gently. Bake for 22–26 minutes, then let cool completely to get those crispy, chunky clusters.
