These peppermint hot cocoa cookies are basically a holiday hug with benefits ❄️🍫
Soft, chewy, and sprinkled with candy cane crunch, they’re made with a boost from Beck’s Broth Mint Hot Chocolate plus a little protein powder for extra nourishment. Perfect for gifting, cookie swaps, or a cozy night in when you want something festive that still feels kinda wholesome.
Directions
- Beat butter + sugars 1–2 min. Add egg, vanilla, peppermint, and Beck’s Broth packet, mix 1 min.
- In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
- Add dry to wet slowly, mix, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill dough 30–60 min. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll into 15 balls, place on parchment-lined sheet, gently press with a fork. Top with candy cane + extra chips. Bake 10 min. Cool and enjoy.
