Ingredients

  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ¼ cup salted caramel granola
  • 1 sachet Beck’s Broth Protein Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup non–dairy milk

This creamy fall smoothie tastes just like pumpkin pie in a glass: rich, cozy, and packed with protein! 🍂🎃 Made with real pumpkin purée, warm spices, and our Protein Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate, it’s the perfect way to fuel your morning or cozy up post-workout. Blend, sip, and pretend you’re living inside a fall candle.

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Optional: Line the inside of your glass with yogurt (any kind you love) and coat with a light dusting of cinnamon for extra coziness. Pour in your smoothie and top with a sprinkle of granola for a little crunch.
