Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, oat flour, ground flaxseed, Beck’s Broth Pumpkin Spice Protein Hot Chocolate sachet, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and nut or seed butter, then stir until a dough forms. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes, roll into 4–6 balls, and freeze until firm. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with candy eyes for a festive touch. Store in the fridge.
