- In a separate mixing bowl, combine crushed rice cakes and Beck’s Broth sachet.
- Pour the warm nut butter mixture over the rice cakes and mix until evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1 tablespoon balls and place them in the freezer until solid.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Coat the frozen balls in melted chocolate, drizzle extra chocolate on top, and finish each with a peanut.
